My Experience and Expertise
​I have worked as a psychotherapist for over 20 years and have spent more than a decade training future clinicians.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported adolescents and adults facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges—from complex developmental trauma and serious mental illness to situational anxiety and depression. I also spent 12 years in the field of substance use treatment, working closely with individuals in recovery and their families.
Over the past five years, my focus has expanded to include the critical role that nutrition and other lifestyle factors play in mental health and overall functioning.
This work has reinforced a fundamental belief: we cannot treat the mind in isolation from the body, nor can we view the body as separate from the mind. True healing requires an integrated, whole-person approach.​
