CBT for Insomnia

What's the process?

For those suffering from insomnia, I use a tailored approach based on cognitive behavioral therapy that is proven to improve or even resolve insomnia without medication. 

How soon can I see results?

Most clients require between six and ten 50-minute sessions and then are able to implement the skills they have learned to maintain their improved sleep.
